The Lives of Faithful Mormons

Those who say that a Woman has the right to choice whether or not she ought to carry through her pregnancy or terminate her pregnancy, what are they truly saying? The following video is very graphic and disturbing. Still, it is the truth and reality as to exactly how barbaric abortion truly is. Those who [...] AKPC_IDS += "196773,";Popularity: unranked [?] Read More →

~by Michelle Sometimes you hear stories of amazing miracles, and the video below is one of them. (And this is an amazing miracle, a blessing and answer to thousands of prayers. I’m moved by the gratitude of this Mormon family, recognizing God’s hand in their lives.) But what of the stories of sadness, tragedy, loss, and grief — also after as many prayers have been offered and faith exercised? Does God love someone less because He allowed loss to happen? Does having faith always mean that we will get the answers we want? Read a story of a tragic loss here –  and feel of the faith in this Mormon woman’s perspective, as she also recognizes God’s hand in her life and helps answer these questions. No Sense of Morality and Ethics!!!

Posted by Timothy Berman On October - 27 - 2009

Appalling, disgusting, depraved, and simply down right inhumane. This is exactly how I would describe the recent Associated Press news of a 15 year old girl who was recently gang raped while approximately 20 people stood by watching. This is not tragic, it is despicable, especially since it was held on school grounds. The question [...] AKPC_IDS += "106278,";Popularity: unranked [?] Read More →

Recent Tragedy

Posted by Candace E. Salima On January - 27 - 2009

A recent tradegy has gripped the hearts of our small community. This precious young boy recently drowned at a hot springs as they were preparing to leave. His mother was still in the hospital after just giving birth when she received the horrifying call that her precious boy had died. I can’t even imagine receiving a call like that after such a joyous occasion. It breaks my heart whenever I hear of such young souls being taken from this earth too soon. I don’t know how I would survive if one of my children was taken from me after only several short years in their company. *** We had an interesting discussion this past Sunday in Relief Society where one mother commented that our children are really our Heavenly Father’s children and we are acting as stewards until they return to him. I know my children are God’s children but of course I think of them as mine. What mother doesn’t? I don’t know how everything will work in Heaven but I do know that my family... Read the rest of this entry »
