So I was reading the U.S. Constitution this morning…really. I don’t find it difficult to understand unlike liberal politicians, pundits and press. Anyway, I happened across Article 4, Section IV of the U.S. Constitution: The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened), against domestic Violence. Now let’s consider what is going in the states with illegal immigration, more specifically, what is going on in our border states with the Mexican drug cartels invading us wholesale. Arizona has become a war zone, invaded by both illegal immigrants, determined to break our laws, and Mexico’s hardened, vicious criminals who use Al Qaeda as their inspiration. As I have quoted, ad nauseum, 72% of illegal immigrants commit identity theft and then continue to commit fraud upon the... Read the rest of this entry »

Article 4, Section IV of the U.S. Constitution
Addressing the Rantings of the Liberal Left
I have a group of acquaintances in Arizona who have some raging liberals amongst them. They argue frequently, left vs. right, via email. The right presents good strong responses, the liberal left resorts to name calling and swearing. I’ve been watching it go on for a couple of years, since Barack Obama and the far far liberal left came into power. One of their favorite targets is Sarah Palin, and their favorite mantra is “Sarah Palin gave up and walked away” and “Sarah Palin and all conservatives caused what happened in Arizona last weekend.” So here was my response to this email group, which will likely draw a number of emails containing untold numbers of expletives. My response: The reason Sarah Palin walked away from the governorship was one of expediency. The liberal left were inundating her office with multiple ethics complaints daily, each of which she and her staff had to legally address. She said they were spending all their time dealing... Representative Carl Wimmer Forms Exploratory Committee
Eyeing Utah”s brand new 4th Congressional Seat, Representative Carl Wimmer, co-founder of the Patrick Henry Caucus, has formed an exploratory committee. I’ll admit, I am ecstatic. I have worked with Carl Wimmer on different issues over the years, worked with him on tea party issues and have watched as he has grown in a state representative with strong conservative values, a deep understanding of states’ rights and a strong understanding of the law. A former police officer, as well as S.W.A.T., he has come to Utah’s capitol and written, co-sponsored and fought for legislation which stands for the rights of the people. As an example, since he came into public office, Carl has accomplished the following: 2007: During Carl’s first year in office: 1 – He made child killers eligible for the death penalty. 2 – He increased the penalties for Child sex offenders, rapists, child kidnappers. 3 – He removed a loop hole that gang members... Hopes and Aspirations of the Utah Tea Party
I posted a note on Facebook about my answer to an elderly American with concerns about the directions our country is heading. From there, it continued to spread and Larry Jensen copied my response, duly credited it, as the hopes and aspirations of the Utah Tea Party. I wanted to share it with my Blogland friends as well. (This is a letter from Utah Tea Party activist Candace Salima to an elderly woman by the name of Dora. It’s a good summary of the aspirations of the movement). Dora, You do have every right to be concerned about America, no question. But two years ago an awakening began in America. On April 15, 2009 the first nationwide tea party, reminiscent of those patriots who threw the Boston tea party in 1773, was thrown. On that date, just shy of a million people showed up at different locations around America, including me. Over the course of those two years, people began reading again, studying the Constitution thoroughly. They began studying American history for themselves,... Read the rest of this entry »
America Has Spoken
This was quite an historic moment in the history of the United States of America. At the conclusion of two years of the Obama Administration and the 111th Congress ignoring the American people and shoving socialism down our throats, the American voter issued a referendum on their agenda. That was a huge resounding HELL NO! The Republicans retook the House of Representatives and gained six more seats in the U.S. Senate. The American people sent the message that we wanted the federal government to return to the U.S. Constitution, cut spending, be fiscally responsible, balance the budget, and remain within the limits of Article 1, Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution, where the powers of the federal government are enumerated. The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States; To... We Must Unite or We Will Fall
To David Letterman and Brian Williams: The Tea Party movement is about restoring the Republic and Constitution. In other words, anti-big government. I find it so interesting that a simple statement about what the tea party stands for brings on immediate “Nuh uhs.” It is disappointing that we cannot even be united on this one thing without attacking other tea party members. I know most Libertarians don’t mean to be combative, but all the comments posted on my Facebook pages are very much that. I am a conservative American who is also a Republican because I agree with the Republican Platform and believe our party needs to get back to that. Libertarians tend to think the Constitution doesn’t grant the federal government the right to handle immigration. I believe the naturalization clause of Article 1, Section 8 states that very thing. You don’t agree with me. That’s okay. But you don’t get to say I’m wrong. I don’t tell you are wrong.... Read the rest of this entry »
It is my belief…
Those who sit on the sidelines of this great battle for America will suffer eternal consequences, of this I have no doubt. God gave us this promised land to protect and keep safe that His Gospel may go out to all the earth from a free land. We were given the charge to elect good, wise men and women or suffer the consequences of every other nation who has ever graced this earth. Our U.S. Constitution was divinely inspired by wise men the Lord raised up to this very purpose, the establishing of the United States of America. Should we squander this great and glorious gift given us the eternal consequences will be dire. Those like you and me will continue to fight this great fight which began in heaven. We will protect the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the freedoms which are God-given: which are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Barack Obama and his ilk stand in the way of these eternal gifts and the land that God gave us. We will fight, we will fight together. Those who refuse to... Read the rest of this entry »
Barack Obama Considering Blanket Amnesty
It is time to flood the White House (202-456-1111) and Congress (Senate and House) with phone calls again, numbers included in case you don’t have them on speed dial yet. … the issue today is Amnesty for illegal immigrants. But I’d also throw in Cap & Trade, which Obama quickly resurrected with the Gulf oil spill. And definitely NO to Elena Kagan as a Supreme Court Justice. There will be more on that tomorrow. Barack Obama, with every move since he invaded the White House, has spat upon the American people over and over again. He’s mocked the Congress and they’d just stood there cheering and clapping wildly as they’ve been emasculated and our Constitution ripped to shreds. And now Obama is considering a move which will firmly move us from a Republic to a Dictatorship. Oh yes, now it’s time to raise your voices and let yourselves be heard. That’s a big fat HELL NO! Salt Lake City’s Examiner reports: A Swipe of the Pen From Obama “Americans... Read the rest of this entry »
A Bill of Indictment Issued for Barack Obama
I find this very, very intriguing. I could really get behind this indictment if I could only find out if its actually going anywhere. Anyone? All I could find anywhere on the internet is Alan’s article, which is included here in its entirety. Do we have any legislator, in either the House or the Senate, with guts enough to do what the American people are demanding? In addition, I want a warning issued to the rest of the yahoos in Obama’s Administration that if they continue to run afoul of the American people the consequences will be politically and professional dire. Is there anyone courageous enough to take this on for the American people? As reported on Canada Free Press We, the People of the United States of America, demand that impeachment proceedings be initiated. Oyez! Oyez! Oyez! All those with business before the court of public opinion will draw near. A bill of indictment has been issued for Barack Hussein Obama, President of the United States of America. It is... In God We Trust
Tears were brought to my eyes as these true Americans stood in the rain protesting the dismantling of our great nation.
